School Day For Children in Reception - Year 6

Children may arrive at school from 8:45am onwards and should be here by 8:55 ready for Registration at 9:00am. School finishes at 3:15pm. Lunch is from 12:00 - 1:00pm.

COVID PRECAUTIONS:

Acorn Class children will be met at the back gate leading from Mulgrave Car Park OR walk in through pedestrian gate and across playground to the side door of Acorn Class.  Please observe 2m distance when moving around school.

 Oak and Willow children will be met at the main car park gate leading from Mulgrave Car Park OR walk in through the pedestrian gate to their allocated entrance Please observe 2m distance when moving around school.

Start and End of School Day

Children who arrive by bus will be supervised to the school door where there will be a member of staff on duty.

 Please do not bring cars into the main school car park or drop off/collect from the yellow zig zag area. Use the car park next door at the Mulgrave sports centre.

If you arrive with your child after 9:00, please ring the bell and hand your child to a member of staff who will record their arrival on the register.

At the end of the day, children will be handed to parents by the class teacher or teaching assistant on duty. Please let the office know in advance if an adult other than the ones on your "who may collect my child from school" form is going to pick your child up.

School Day for Nursery Children 

Nursery times are shown below (if you are entitled to funded hours, you may take these at any time to suit your needs - please talk to a member of the EYFS team to discuss).

12:45 – 3:15

Full day in nursery

Your support for your child’s education is crucial to their progress.  Please tell us if there are any adjustments we need to make to help you support your child, for example: letters in large font; letters in different languages; wheelchair access; explaining things over the phone; a discussion with a school colleague of the same sex.
